Day 27, chill day

Today was a pretty chill day. I just worked out with my new workout partner,  Courtney!  She has decided to start a 30 day weight loss challenge! 


Today we did some cardio!

15 MINS step aerobics station
15 MINS recumbent bike
15 MINS on the Arc trainer

Get a workout buddy....the workout goes by quickly, they keep you going, and it's fun!
