Day 45! I'm halfway done! #Happy

Omg, it's day 45!!! That means I'm halfway there...the joy I feel lol!
I'm 11 pounds lighter
Many inches smaller in my waist and hips,  I can see the light at the end of the tunnel lol!!!

Yes I'm tired, sometimes I want to take a break but why???? I have taken on a challenge to better my health and my life...why would I quit? I just ask God for the strength to keep on going!!!!

In honor of day 45, I made today my cheat day lol it was well deserved!

Thank you God for getting me to Day 45, you are more than amazing!

Day 43. Compare and Contrast!

Today was pure genius lol. I figured out that stairs are the key to burning down this thigh fat! So I've been doing them for the last 4 or 5 days and I absolutely despise stairs lol. Today I worked out with my friend Courtney again. We had major fun! We did the stair and trail route 3 times and on the last time up we walked down the hills to the beach, walked the strand until we hit the Manhattan Beach Pier and then we walked back up the hills to the stairs!  Now walking down the hills were fun, walking up the hills were death on a stick lol!


Its always fun working out with Courtney! 

So after the greatest workout ever, I had lunch with my mom at Stone Oven....I had a chicken ceaser salad, please take note that this salad comes with 4 pieces of bread and I told the server to throw away 3 of them! I'm becoming stronger than I was and I'm proud of myself!

I'm much stronger than my weakness, which is bread lol!!!!

So today I decided to compare and contrast day 1 and today. I'm happy so far with the results. Check my stomach and arms!

So there you have it...I'm content with my progress but definitely not satisfied.....still have a lot of work to BEAST!!!!!!

DAY 40!!! 50 MORE DAYS TO GO!

Today I worked out at the Manhattan Beach sand dunes, but I only did the stairs and the trail which was a crazy workout in itself!



I had an amazing time today, alone!!!! I had my gospel/inspirational music playing and I had a deep one on one with God! BTW if you have never heard of Zacardi Cortez's song "One on One" please youtube it....I love it! Gets me through my day at times. 

MEDITATION IS VERY IMPORTANT and I did a lot of it today....it was a great breeze, the birds were chirping, the air was clear,  and I was determined to clear my thoughts!

DINNER WAS A TAD BIT DIFFERENT TODAY. ..I didn't want my vegetables to go bad so I made it into a soup along with some whole grain brown rice. It was yummy! 



Cabbage, kale, broccoli,  celery,  carrots, bell peppers (red, yellow, green, and orange), and rice....seasoned with vegetable bouillon and onion soup mix!

I can't believe it's Day 40, it's going by so fast and Day 90 will be here before I know it. I can totally see the change in my body....I'm happy and extra determined to get to Day 90 a changed woman!

Day 31...Disneyland!

Today was great. I worked out this morning and I went to Disneyland with my friends and family!  Amusement parks are always tiring!  Today was a huge cheat day lol, they have these candy apples that are to die for,  I couldn't resist lol!


Disneyland is really the happiest place on earth! !!

Day 29 & 30

Hello everyone,  I know you've missed me lol! Let me catch you up....

Day 29 was Memorial Day but that doesn't stop my flow. I went to the gym with my girl, my sis,  Jaguar. ...YES THAT'S HER REAL NAME LOL AND I ran into my Kayden, this dude can talk your ear off lol!


As you can see Jaguar is worn out lol!

Day 30!!!



That's right I've reached my 30th day! I'm proud of myself. I've lost pounds, lost inches and I feel great! So I celebrated with a 5 hour workout lol with my girls Courtney and Jaguar. Nutts right????? I had all the energy in the world lol

Day 27, chill day

Today was a pretty chill day. I just worked out with my new workout partner,  Courtney!  She has decided to start a 30 day weight loss challenge! 


Today we did some cardio!

15 MINS step aerobics station
15 MINS recumbent bike
15 MINS on the Arc trainer

Get a workout buddy....the workout goes by quickly, they keep you going, and it's fun!

Day 26, the colonics party

Todayyyyyyy I went a got a colonics performed with my mommy. It was the most uncomfortable feeling ever but u never know how much waiste you have built up! Everyone should go get one!

Today my exercise was a tad bit different,  all my girls decided to have a sleep over!  We danced the night away and it was hot aways heck so I definitely broke a sweat!
