Today was pure genius lol. I figured out that stairs are the key to burning down this thigh fat! So I've been doing them for the last 4 or 5 days and I absolutely despise stairs lol. Today I worked out with my friend Courtney again. We had major fun! We did the stair and trail route 3 times and on the last time up we walked down the hills to the beach, walked the strand until we hit the Manhattan Beach Pier and then we walked back up the hills to the stairs! Now walking down the hills were fun, walking up the hills were death on a stick lol!
Its always fun working out with Courtney!
So after the greatest workout ever, I had lunch with my mom at Stone Oven....I had a chicken ceaser salad, please take note that this salad comes with 4 pieces of bread and I told the server to throw away 3 of them! I'm becoming stronger than I was and I'm proud of myself!
I'm much stronger than my weakness, which is bread lol!!!!
So today I decided to compare and contrast day 1 and today. I'm happy so far with the results. Check my stomach and arms!
So there you have it...I'm content with my progress but definitely not satisfied.....still have a lot of work to BEAST!!!!!!
